HERE ARE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR DAY CAMP REGISTRATION 2016!

You miss our registration nights? Don’t worry! All you have to do is to print the registration form and the health form, to fill them and to return them, including  a picture of your child and your payment by check by mail at the Town Hall at this adress: 220 Principale Est Street Cookshire-Eaton (Québec)  J0B 1M0 or directly in person at the Town hall (payment cash or check).

WARNING: DUE DATE  FOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS  JUNE 17 2016! NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
