Here is the registration information for the 2018 Service d’animation estivale!

Did you miss our registration nights? It does not matter! You can either fill out the online registration form or print and fill the registration form and medical form and send it to us. We will need a picture of your child and payment by check by mail to the Town Hall at 220, rue Principale Est, Cookshire-Eaton, Quebec, J0B 1M0 or directly in person at our offices (cash, debit or check).

ATTENTION : DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS JUNE 15th, 2018 AT NOON! NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
